In win-probability mode, enter two players' ratings to see the expected score based on the standard Elo formula — for example, a 200-point gap gives roughly a 76% expected win rate, and 400 points about 91%. In rating-change mode, set both ratings and the K-factor (typically 16-32 in official events) to preview the new ratings after a win, loss, or draw. You can also work backwards from a target win rate to the rating gap it implies.
